AMHC

New York-based AMHC curates high-profile events, such as corporate conferences, galas, golf outings, wine tastings, while also offering comprehensive multimedia services, including video production, audio recording, live streaming, content creation, and post-production editing. The compnay also offers expertise and insights providing tailored solutions, data-driven analysis, and recommendations that align with clients’ goals and objectives.

When Xander Collective came to work alongside this already thriving concern, our immediate goal was to widen the reach of AMHC from its US base, with a view towards operations in the UK, Europe and across the Middle East North Africa EMEA region. We used our experience of dealing with non-profits and charities in Britain to create a like-minded network within which AMHC could conduct its business, secure in the knowledge that it was dealing with entities and individuals which shared our values, while at the same time reaching out across multiple sectors, in both the public and private realms.

Our experience of the cross-overs and links between the corporate and voluntary areas of operation enabled AMHC to significantly increase its activity into further areas of development, giving the company an international reach far beyond its immediate New York base.
This allowed the firm an access, unprecedented in its experience, to the wider global market where corporate interphase, analysis and analytics, events and multimedia presentation are increasingly vital to success in competitive and always growing industries.

AMHC Founder and CEO Adam Hall said: “As a New York based business, AMHC is used to operating successfully in the most competitive of markets, in a location which has always been regarded as among the most commercially innovative, creative and fast-moving anywhere on Earth. “Now, Xander Collective has developed a reach for us to use the skills we have honed to work alongside businesses based across the globe, reaching new clients in markets we have not touched before, and offering our commercial acumen, in staging events, media messaging and information provision to new and developing areas of activity, which were not previously within our sphere of influence.”

New World Tech (NWT) is a Brighton-based technology company with clients including start-ups, SMEs and multi-national enterprises in both the public and private sector.

The company works to resolve technology-driven challenges and increase company future readiness and resilience, including delivery of programmes such as cloud migration, workplace transformation, mobile working or the deployment of a new platform such as ServiceNow.

At Xander Collective we helped NWT to create a robust environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy, which enabled them to fully understand the importance of ESG principles in business landscape and successfully integrate them into their operations and business model.

The result is that by prioritising environmental sustainability, ethical business practices, and social responsibility, NWT has established itself as a responsible corporate entity, which has resonated positively with customers, stakeholders, and the wider community, fostering trust and loyalty, aswell as a strong internal team ethos.

The integration of ESG considerations into NWT’s business model has not only mitigated risks associated with environmental and social issues but has also opened doors to new business opportunities and partnerships, boosting its standing in a highly competitive and fast changing mareketplace.

Workforce morale has been boosted by such events as a challenging sponsored kayak down the River Thames, which raised funds for The Change Foundation, which uses sport as an instrument for social well-being and Olly’s Future, which works to prevent suicide among young people.

Founder and CEO at NWT, Glenn Ballard, said:

“Xander Collective has been instrumental in creating a cohesive policy for what is really a new corporate and social responsibility area of the firm.

It has enabled the benefits of our expertise in the field of technology to assist the voluntary sector and charities with their life-affirming work, while at the same time providing our staff with a feel-good factor which, in turn, adds to our productivity and the feeling of being a vital part of our team.”

Wasps-Foundation-600x400-1

The Wasps Legends Charitable Foundation (WLCF) was founded in 2012 as an offshoot of the Wasps Rugby Football Club, with the aim of giving back to the community, by creating and developing events that people wanted to attend, with the joint benefit of raising significant funds for deserving causes.

Its mission is to make a positive difference to a charitable project or individual by utilising the characters and collective spirit of the club and the wider rugby family.

Core values emphasise the teamwork vital to any squad, and a commitment to community, wellbeing, compassion, integrity and inclusivity underpins all of its work.

When Xander Collective came on board we were tasked with developing a new membership strategy which made access to the offers and events presented by WLCF to its members and supporters more easily available.

We were also given the job of creating a portal which increased the opportunities for partnerships to be developed by the foundation and those who shared its goals, both within the sporting community and across the wider private and public spectrum.

Alongside these objectives we developed increased links with corporate sponsors, enhanced the existing network of WLCF supporters, as well as creating an ambassadors programme.

These aims were to enable the message broadcast by the foundation to reach a wider audience and bring into its fold a greater number of people who shared its spirit and the goals which it has set out to achieve.

Former Wasps Number 8 Peter Scrivener is the Founder of WLCF and is currently one of its Trustees, He said:

“Working with Xander Collective has increased our awareness of what it is possible for Wasps Legends to achieve, by defining our strategic goals and providing a clear route towards achieving them. With the combined experience of its personnel and its agility and ability to innovate, Xander Collective is able to bridge the voluntary sector, charitable groups and the commercial world for the benefit of all.”
